Saltwater in Langley.

I was in Langley Petland today and they are converting about 1/3 of their freshwater tanks into saltwater fish/coral. Also they have a couple of LED units and two new RSM tanks for sale. I talked with Mike the new manager and he was describing a commitment to SW that sounds quite impressive!

They have dozen small tanks now with SW fish and a coral tank, he says more SW stock is due in soon. Oh joy!

Mods please leave this post for at least a little while as I think it is worth informing the canreef community of a new SW commitment from an LFS. Who knows perhaps they will become canreef sponsors.

Not sure that would happen with Mike behind them. Still a lot of bitter people left from his mess.

There's not enough space on a page to inform everyone about how many people he lied to and ripped off immense amounts of money before going out of business and going into hiding. As you can probably tell, i was one of many. He appeared nice to me too and very eager to help but his eagerness was just to get your money and the nightmare of trying to get him to follow through with everything he promised after you've already paid him was just beginning. Can't believe he'd even show his face in the same industry in the same city again. I hope the company that's hired him gets word of his past and how it will hurt their business moving forward.
