Default FS two T5 HO ballasts vented passively cooled wil handle two 36" T5 bulbs each

For sale two T5 HO ballasts vented on both sides (grills) passively cooled (aluminum cover) both with on/off switch . circuits are protected by a fuse.
each will handle two 39Watt T5 HO 36" T5 bulbs.
Used but in excellent like new condition.

$20 each
As you can see these are in very good condition never been exposed to moisture or dump air and can be easily disassembled only one screw on each side.

not sure exactly what you are asking.
These were used to drive 4 T5 bulbs in 36" light fixture, 2x39w bulbs per ballast. i just unplugged them. There is a 4 contact round quick disconnect plug on each ballast, if you don't want to use a plug the wires can be cut and wired straight to your fixture T5 bulb connectors, like you would any regular house two bulb light fixture.

I am not an electrician but i think something like that except you will have two not 3 bulbs.

Ok i see what you mean now by retrofit.
yes if you want to add two more bulbs you will need a room for two more bulbs in the fixture and a ballast that will drive these extra bulbs.
or
If you have a canopy then you will also need a reflector or individual reflectors in addition to the extra ballast and bulbs.
