Default spray time for bedbugs

Hi beside putting wet towel on the 29g tank .
any better idea ? and should i turn off anything ? cuz i dont want the chemical go in the water

turn off skimmer, air pump, ozone, etc.
leave on power heads, circulation pumps.

I would. I would try to isolate the tank as much as possible, I would run an airpump out in fresh air to airate the tank.
