How much you need? I have about 1/2-3/4 of a 4'x8 sheet of clear acrylic, I think it's 1/4" thick.

I'm looking for 3/4" or 1" thick small pieces, to make a couple of probe holders.

The best place I've found is a small family run place called Future Plastics in south end of Calgary.

I had them cut out all the pieces for my sump and also they made me a big black acrylic overflow.

http://www.ponoko.com/ is great for laser cut acrylic if you are handy with Sketchup or Inkscape. Amazing accuracy. I never has much luck with cutting/shaping on a router.
