Default Plating monti bleaching help!

The last week or so I have noticed the rim turn white, now I have about 4 dinner plates work loosing all it's color.

I the only thing I have done differently is use a new salt. I normally use the orange bucket with trace elements but couldn't find any at the time. I have been adding trace elements kent brand to try and make up for lost nutrient. Something is not working out fr me here. Is there anything specific I should be testing for right now?
