Default More Sump/Fudge Mayhem

Sorry for the onslott of questions. Here is my perdiciment. My stand was not built for eather a sump or fudge(but im going to "configure" it ). I cant remove the center piece in the middle of the stand, it's 60' long and 18' wide. I was contemplating 2 25 gallons on eather side with a piece of pvc connecting them. The water would simply come from the overflows to the first 25 then flow through to the other a pumped back up. Can anyone see any draw backs or flaws? Any imput is appriceated.

Fuge you mean. Fudge is a creamy sort of chocolate.
