LF Small tank for Quarantine EDM

I'm looking for a smallish tank to set up and use as a quarantine tank. I'd like to find something complete or near complete to set up right away. Nothing smaller than 20 gallons and nothing larger than 50 gallons or so please. Would love a sump set up but will consider others. Would like something in Edmonton or closer to Bonnyville.

Price must be great or at least reasonable.
