Default LED dilemma

I switch to LED light 1.5yrs ago to avoid replacing T5 bulbs every year.
Now, I found myself have to replace 5 burnt LED.

LED are Cree. Fixture has no brand.

FOWLR - 65G with 30G sump
Singapore Angel, Copperband, Spotted Kole Tang, Blue Tang, Midas Blenny, Shrimp Goby and a pair of true/false Clown.

maybe the heat? Do you have a fan cooling them?

That is a only thing I don't like about led.
