My puffer's new home
I have been trying to keep up with this guys growth rate since I rescued him from a 10 gal tank when he was 5" long. I upgraded him to a 20 gal QT when I got him home and then a 55 gal later that week. He has since doubled in size and I struggled for months to set aside the cash to buy a bigger tank and stand for him. I was finally able to arrange the build and this is the result....

Awesome! I had a fahaka, but he got really sick. I still dont know what caused it. Mine was such a puss.. I threw in 3 goldfish, he ate one, and left 2. They ended up growing as big as my fahaka, and the fahaka would be scared of them.

My Fahaka kills just about anything that goes in the tank. He doesn't eat them, ...just kills them.
I have a few guppies in with him and they are breeding. He doesn't seem to mind them |

They are an amazing fish, Looks real happy
Its awesome when someone takes one like that on and knows to keep it specific.... My snakeheads cleaned my tank out to make it species specific lol |
