Default Majano Anemones

I am upgrading to a bigger tank and my existing live rock is full of Majanos
so while working/daydreaming today I thought of an idea....
with such cold temperatures outside If I took each piece of infested live rock out for 10 minutes would that be sufficient enough to kill off the Majanos ?

hard to say, I know aiptasia can regenerate from only a few cells, so It might not work as to my knowledge(which is limited) majano is worse then Aiptasia. but It could work? maybe? lol

If they are as hardy as aiptasia then nope, I torched a rock then placed outside in -30 weather overnight then put in a bucket. They came back.

Wont work.

My buddy had an epidemic of the bastards, he put the rock on his back porch for a week and they came back.

Try soaking in water with bleach, then baking in the oven, but remember to leave a window open!

I boiled the rock from my first 30 gallon once.. that worked. However, I wouldn't recommend using your wife big roasting pan to do it... they dont' like that.
