little anemone looking things

i have these tiny little things on some of my rock and sand the are pink at the base and look like anemones with white arms and bulbs at the end very small anyone know what this might be??

these things are about the size of a freckle put as soon as food comes near them they seem to grab it. i spot fed tem just some flake food and it was pretty kool to watch i dont know if there good or bad but i like them
