skimmer question
Hi, I have a bullet 1 skimmer. I also have a 135 gallon tank with no sump (there is plumbing below). Plumbing goes like this, intake from tank down into stand then into oceanclear 375 filter and then into LG 4mdqx-sc and pumped back into output in tank. Question is there any way to plumb my skimmer into this plumbing setup without putting a ton of microbubbles into tank? Oh yeah skimmer has LG 3mdq-sc.
Thanx Trevor |

No, not really. Why not go for a sump?

I had a sump for my last 90 gallon but the thing was constantly overflowing if I didn't have the valves set just right or the power went out. Which brings me to the question I was just about to post, is there any sort of valve or valves that would solve the overflowing problem? How do you people do it?

If you drill holes in your return pipes near the water line they will break the syphon when the power goes out. They are called "**** holes" as I know it.
