Default HOB filter sufficient for fowlr?

ive got a 29 gallon tank i set up, currently with a rena xp3 on it (just using it for cycling) and i was wondering is an ac50 sufficient filtration for a 29g tank thats only going to be containing 2 fish and an anemone?

i really dont feel like plumbing 2 tanks into one sump

plus with only 1 tank on the sump ill get alot more flow through it
