Default Rome Genesis Tank Pics

A LFS from Rome has supplied us photos of their store display tank that have been running of 2 10 Module Genesis LED fixtures for the past 3 months now. The transition from a 16x80 Stealth T5 fixture to now these 2 Genesis units was flawless. Based on their feedback, colors have effectively maintained fully and growth rates have increased as observed.

Certainly great news as far as LED goes in its use within the aquatic industry.

We are also hoping for some before images under the old T5 lighting system for a more visual comparison.

Some Pics:

It seems like areas of the same coral can be neon pink, purple..whatever depending on what LED is above it. Is this a normal effect with LED or do these use different types of LEDs?

its spot-lighting. Could be resolved by changing the optics or raising the fixture.

We were fortunate enough to have been supplied some great comparison images of the Rome display with before and after tank photos. Photos on the left represent the aquarium previously illuminated by a Stealth T5 16x80w. On the right, we have images illuminated by the new Genesis LED fixture.

A very big thanks goes to Mr.Pino, owner of Natura Amica in Rome who was kind enough to share these images. Both the aquarium and his store are worth the visit if any of us are lucky enough to make it to Italy. Here also is a video recently uploaded:YouTube - ‪VASCA NEGOZIO.3gp‬‏
