Default Some Shots from California!

While down visiting my brother in california we visited a place called Dana Point. These are a few shots from down there.

Interestingly enough while walking by their learning center i spied a RK2 hiding in the fenced off area behind the building. Apparently they have a few tanks inside but i never did get around to seeing them.

Anyways enough chatter, here's the shots.

That's it for now. Amazing blue-green water at that particular piece of coastline.

Not sure where you are, but if you can go to Scripps aquarium in La Jolla and Aquarium of the Pacific in LA.
I really enjoyed both places much better than Sea World.

edit: Birch aquarium at Scripps more correctly.
just read on the website, they have a special offer; get $6 off the price of admission to Aquarium of the Pacific by showing your ticket stub from Birch.

The body is a nikon D90 and the lenses are either the tokina 11-16mm 2.8 or the Nikon AF 80-200mm 2.8D on the bird shots and the driftwood pic.

Both Lenses that i love.

Couple more bird shots. Could spend many days along the ocean photographing but alas all good vacations unfortunately come to an all-too-quick end.
