Default Axo anyone?

Newbie to sw here, but have kept fw for years. I've kept discus, smaller cichlids, community tanks, etc... For the past year, my time has been consumed with keeping and rearing axolotl's

My clan

Are you able to breed these? Or are you just maintaining them? Nice Pics, Thanks for sharing. Cool Creatures!

So far as I know, I'm the only one in western Canada breeding these guys.

All the photo's are of my breeding adults. Colour variants I posted are wildtype and leucistic.

This is one of my golden albino's.

This is my gimpy juvenile, Meemo

I think they are more common than people think, we just don't hear of anyone having them.

But what cool little creatures, eh?

I love it when a total guess turn out to be right, very cool little creatures. I am going to do a little more research on the ALBINO adult just out of curiosity.

Great pics too.

Thank you for sharing! I have two of these guys and always feel somewhat alone in having them. Exciting to know that people are breeding them. They are wonderful aren't they?

I have to ask, what type of flooring are you using with your adults? Is it slate?

Thanks,

Kelly
