Help a brother out! Tell me what you got. Also looking for a return pump that would be good for my 90 gal tank (preferably one that runs silent)

I have a 48" combo 2x T5HO plus 2x 250MH fixture you can have for cheap, needs new MH bulbs (>1yo) and the T5's are a couple months old...
