Default An odd question about electicity LED

what i am looking for is a heat sensors shutoff for a receptacle.
I will be using the sensor for reading heat on the heatsink for an LED setup, simply because if for some reason the fan dies and i have the sensor set at 30 degrees then the switch shuts off the power saving the LED from frying.

You could just use one from a controller set to "off" if the heat goes above 30...
