Post ID please (worm)

I found this after scooping some cyano out of my tank (I am cycling it right now) just was wondering if they are Harmless or if I need to "take care of them". there about a 1/4-1/2 an inch long.

thanks

bristle worm looks like. I personally don't have any problems having them in my tank. I find they are good scavengers.

Yeah, they look like ordinary bristle worms. Scavengers, good for your tank cause they help with the cleaning up of your extra foods, dead organisms, etc...
