Default F/S Calcium reactor

Messures 5.5" X 12" reaction chamber, footprint of 9"X17". Comes with pump, 2.5LB C02 tank and regulator. Same basic design as the Canreef one. In use for the last year and a half with no problems. I've come to the conclusion it's just to big for my water volume. (hair alege is getting old) $200. Please email me with any response. winger9@telusplanet.net

Are you figuring the reactor is causing the hair algae?

Given my water volume (35gal maybe), it lowers the PH enough so i get the hair algae. I'm just going back to dripping kalk like had for all my other tanks which never had any hair algae.
