Default Bristle worms?

i just took a flashlight and looked inside the holes in my liverock. saw small orange with blue line worms inside.

did some searching and found that they're bristle worms ( im pretty sure)

just wondering if these should be removed? i just have a FOWLR tank.

if they should be removed anyone have a good method of doing so?

Nope, leave them alone, they'll keep those holes in the rock clean and eat any left over food.

If their population get to high, then you can set traps.

Or use arrow crabs or Melanarus Wrasse wrasses.
