Default FS - 150w Aqualight Pro Series HQI Lighting Fixture, 72"

http://www.bigalsonline.ca/productDe...uctId=10093313

I'm looking to upgrade my lightning to 250w and will need to sell my current lighting. This is 150w version, currently has 13k Giesemann MHs which needs to be replaced by end of December. Also 4 96w actinics which need to be replaced the same time. it also has 4 moon LEDs. MH each have their own power plug and the actinics have their own and moons have their own.

Im also willing to trade for a 72in 250w fixture if someone has one available.

im selling less than half off new price because the lights need replacing: $765

Consider getting 250 W ballasts instead of 150w's.
Easy to re-fit.

From my understanding this is not the case. I looked into it a while ago. Basically they designed it so you couldn't do that. Google it.

This is only the case for the Aqualight pro I must add. Other systems don't have this issue.

BTW Milad

I'd switch the PC's over to T5's and well you can fit two 72" on each side giving you more color choices
I've done it on two of my friends Coralife fixtures and it's alot brighter and bulb varations

Milad

One thing I know about this hobby is you can buy the latest and greatest till the cows come home.
Personally right now I'd leave the LED fixtures alone until they become more affordable, yes there's alot of benifits with LEDS but it all comes at a huge up front cost.
As there is also Plasma bulbs comming out :P yes even more technology :P lol
I would do the up grade on the halides , and convert the PC's to T5's or even go with LED's as a supplemental lighting but for right now cost wise the up grade is probly the best bet
