Default Recovery pics.

Well most of you probably remember the heating incident I had while I was on holladays. while it killed all my caps and digitata it also turned every other SPS I had Brown.

this is a example of my tricolored Milli after the high temps

I finaly got them all back in the tank 2 weeks ago and when I put them in they were just as brown as above. Here are some pics of them after 2 weeks under proper lighting and feeding.

this is a Milli that was killed from the heat but some of the tissue on the rock lived

and this is my newest adition from Ocean Aquatics. suposed to be a turquoise acro so we will have to see how it colors up

Great recovery story, Nice to see some good come from such a horrible disaster. Just wondering what type of lighting you use and what Kalvin?

from what I have seen in 2 weeks I think they will recover fully and maybe even better due to the new placement.

I am running dual 250 watt AB's on HQI ballast and two 95 watt VHO actinics. 16 hours a day on the avtinics and 12 hours a day on the MH.

Looking good Steve

I'm sure glad to see things are bouncing back for ya

I have the same turquoise frag, it's kept it's color so far and show's good polyp extension, so ya know it will do even better under your lights

When your on the mainland, drop me a line and I can frag a few pieces for ya, I have a few monti's that would do well in your setup

By the way, Brad mentioned that he was getting rid of that large cap in his tank, is that amazing piece ending up at your place

Nope, didn't go to Steve. It was broken into smaller pieces and sold to a dealer.
