Default plumbing size

just wondering what size of pipe is best for plumbing in a sump. tank is a 90 gallon with a 20 gallon sump.will be a FO type of tank.

what size for drain ? {1/2",3/4" or 1"}
what size for return? {1/2",3/4"or 1"}

as big as you can afford.. IU have two 1.5" overflows on my 94 gal but basicly you want to figure out how much flow you are going to put through it and decide from there.
