hey,



I just saw this on my glass. i remember seeing something like it before in photos, what is it? i seem to remember it being bad. what should i do?

i dont have a wrasse.. should I now? i assume they eat flatworms?

comensal flatworm.....most peeps seem to have them or have had them.....they usually reach a point where they seem to crash in population....they are not as big of an issue as "red planaria" flatworms....still, .......kill every one you see.

You properly have more than one, a Wrasse or what a lfs told me a Spotted Mandarin may help to control them, other wise they can take over the tank. I have 6-line.

I gave it a scrub with the mag float. :-). I believe that killed it good. Will be shopping for wrasse soon. What kinda damage do they do if left unchecked?

Definitely get yourself a yellow wrasse and even a mandarin dragonet. These fish did an awesome job for me and keep the population down. Syphon what you can if you see them on rocks and in little crevasses of your rock.
