Default Frozen Zeovit products??

I placed an order with a lfs and just found it at my front door. I opened the box to find the 3 zeo suppliments I ordered frozen solid.. Should I be concerned or should I just let them thaw out and use them?

cheers
Ray

I asked that very question regarding ZeoBac on the zeovit forum a couple of weeks ago:

Question:
How sensitive is ZeoBac to sub freezing temperatures? We are now slightly below freezing. The closest retailer is 5 hours away by car, although shipments sometimes take a couple of days.

It should not be frozen so your dealer could use some Styrofoam to prevent.

Those products don't have live strains of bacteria. You'll be fine.

Out of curiosity, who did you order them with?
