Default Seahorse: prophylactic treatments?

So who all has done prophylactic treatments (such as the 9 week deworming program the "org" seems to like) and qt-ing for their seahorses?

What did you do and how did it work out for you?

What type of seahorses were they?

Is there anything you would do differently now?

I haven't had to do it up to now as I've managed to get captive bred horses bred and raised by Seahorse Sanctuary in Australia.
However, that supply seems to have fallen apart now so I guess I'll just use the protocol recommended by the people on seahorse.org.
