Default New FOWLR Tank Ideas

I'm looking at adding a FOWLR tank to my setup and i'm going to have it made.
Has anyone had experience with a shallow tank for angels, triggers and puffers? I was thinking 18" high by 36" deep and 6' wide.

I think that most fish will enjoy the extra width and length of your fowlr & not worry about the 18" height since fish mostly swim horizontally and not so much in the vertical plane.

I had a 7foot tank that was only 18 in and the fish loved it but I hated the thing

Build a taller stand, if that is a problem. My stands are at least 36" tall, not the standard 28" that All-glass & other companies make their stands.
