DIY tank ques.

so i am thinking of building a low style tank for the kitchen.

i found some glass that i have here. so the dim;s of the tank would be.

base glass is 1/4 in thick

while the sides would be 1/8in thick.

i am just trying to work with what i have here.

22 3/8 x 16 1/4 x 7 high

anyone have any experince with DIY tank builds.

also there would be a place for a mini overflow. so i can have a power head, carbon, etc.

should this be braced, and if so, how do u do this.
