Why? Fish and Wildlife wont come knocking on your door. I would question his ethics and knowledge.

Like I said I wouldnt worry about the F&W knocking on your front doors but I do question his ethics (both personal and buisness) and morals about sending a buyer like that across lines without the proper documentation.
