Default Does Selcon go bad?

I got a bottle of Selcon from a reefer that was shutting down his system. He got it from a boxing day sale, its an unused full bottle. Just wondering if it has a shelf life? There is no expiry date on it which would tell me that its probably ok but it doesn't hurt to ask.

You could try asking the company, but my Selcon has turned gooey as well on occassion and I still have used it. I'm not sure it's doing much good in that state, but it doesn't seem to hurt anything. Just give it a good shake.

I have never stored mine in the fridge. The manufacturer site does not say that it has to be.
