I used this to make up water for water changes.

Comes with everything pictured;

32g Brute Food Safe Can with lid
Kent float valve
3/4" threaded ball valve
Custom bulkhead

Cost over $80 to build it.

Makes water changes a snap.

Did you simply drill the hole for the drain and silicone around it to seal it or is there a bulk head down there or something?

DIY bulk head, no silicone at all. It has never leaked the few years I had it.
