Default Return pump suggestions

I am looking at upgrading my return pump and was wondering what would be my best choice.
I am running a 90 gal and plan for it to be sps dominated.
The sump that I am using is the model 2 version (picture is also model 2)

I have removed the biowheel and and put rubble in that section and the trays are currently empty. Should I load these up with carbon btw?
The sump says max flow is 700 gph. Which return pump should I go with?
I need a silent pump as well as the display is in the living room. I heard that the Eheims are the quietest. Can anyone confirm this?
Thanks for the input, it's appreciated as always.

I'd go with an eheim 1260 if it was me (I just put in a 1262 on my 110) - no noise at all from the pump (unlike the mag12 it replaced) and the power draw is literally 1/2 of the mags...

The sump is directly under the tank... I was wondering if I had to stay within that 700 gph mark. Can I go over it a bit?
Also with the head loss can I get away with maybe the eheim 1262 rated for 900 gph?

FYI - be forwarded eheim under rates their pumps... The 1262 rated at 900gph was putting more into the tank than the mag12 ever did - going by charts, it shouldn't yet...
