Fish murdering Coralband Shrimp on death row

We have tried all sorts of ways to get this psyco killer out of our tank alive, but now its game on and the shrimp is on death row. Any suggestions that would give him a stay of execution would be greatly appreciated ......

i had a coral bamded shrimp had him for almost 3 years he was awesome he olny ever killed two fish. two fire fish other than that he was very peacful or just to slow to catch anything
