Default cocktail shrimp fun

Just put a cocktail shrimp on a clip in our freshwater tank.

It was really neat to watch all the fish tear it apart, especially because our tank is so diverse, and all the fish have a pecking order so to speak.

One of the convicts and the ghost knife were the ones that finally ended up tearing it in half.

anyone else do this??

I use raw shrimps and my fish goes crazy...puffers, bichirs, and SA/CA cichlids, and especially the clown loaches.

no...just chopped them up and drop it in the tank. I used to have some smaller puffers (c. irrubesco) and there were 6 of them. I tied the shrimp to a piece of styro and fishing line and let it float around while the puffers give chase.
