Is that floor vent going to cause you any problems blasting hot air up at the tank?

when i built the house i put shutters on all vents as close to the main heat source as poosible, essentially to heat up diffrent parts of the house more or when heat isn,t needed in another part i can shut a vent a little bit or completly off if needed. As is the case here. My wife is pregnant again anyway, so nobody is gonna drink that!!
