I came home today to a banded pipefish carrying eggs! I've never had pipefish before, so this was really a surprise. That and I didn't know they carried the eggs on the outside, unlike seahorses that have them in a pouch. I've tried to get a pic but I can't find my camera's battery charger (typical). And on top of that I had no idea the two pipes were a pair.

I am excited to see if the little uns hatch and what they look like! woooo
