Another Aqua JR question

I figured out how to program the pumps to be strong during the day soft at night.
Now the next question is, when I add another statement for turning on the led moon lights, it puts the statement right in the middle of the pump program. Does it matter what sequence the program is written in? Like all lighting requirements together, all pump requirements together and so on.
Hope this makes sense.

doesn't seem to matter. What appears to matter more is getting the equipment into the right outlet.
