Default Bubble Tip Anemone is MOving .... too much?

So i got a Bubble tip from a fellow canreefer. Its been in my tank now for about 2 weeks and it is still moving around. It Opens up fully in what appears to be the perfect place, then overnight it will move back under my rocks. or elsewhere. only to open up fully in a different place the next day.

Does this behavior (after two weeks) mean that i need to adjust my currents? i've got a 29 gallon circular flow going. maybe too strong?

i've heard these guys will finally settle and stop moving once they find a place they like.

any advice?

My anemone would stay rooted for a month then wander for a week only to end up in the same spot. The only thing that broke the cycle was ugrading to Metal Halide.
