Default Mini bulk heads or other ideas

Hi all I use an old salt pail to add water to my sump for topups and changes but I am getting tired of having to syphon the water out. Does anyone know of a place I can get a "mini bulkhead" for a thin walled bucket? I am thinking about putting a spigot near the bottom of the bucket and just attaching my syphon hose when needed, then just open the spigot and let 'er go.

Any other suggestions would be well received as well. I can't just pour the water in as the sump is inside the stand. I ussually have to top up 5 gallons every 3-4 days.

Thanks

Glenn

I think I've seen uni-seals that are that small...try searching for that.
