ok now on to pumps
Ok, I am getting close to finnishing the build on my skimmer. I have decided I want to make it a needle wheel pump. Where can I buy just a pump or two that have the needle wheels in them?

I don't know how large a pump you are looking for...but here's a good list. Most all of these are pre-equipped with needle wheel impellers. You could also easily get a needle wheel impeller to match a pump you obtained separately.
http://www.customaquatic.com/customa...dexid=ps-ac-pm I don't know if you've dealt with customaquatic, but they've been good to me. As a Canadian, you have to call to place orders. Website doesn't accept international orders.

yes inline
yes it can be used inline. they suggest min diameter of 18" and max head height of 36 inch.i've been in the planning stage for about a year now (long story) to use one on a 16" square body skimmer thats 48" high with the air supplied by an alita 80 air pump. i'm just trying to find time.......
