Default spotted mandarin food

What are other feeding theres? Mine is ok but after I had a tank problem last month I think I killed a lot of my pods etc fom sump and in the rocks. I want to ensure there is enough food for him but it is hard to tell what it is eating I feel he is getting thinner I am looking for idea's that would give it a super menu.

Try frozen Mysis...seems to be what they'll take first as far as supplementation goes. Google "mandarin feeding station" and you should come up with a homemade device that helps to feed them. Good luck...
