At the risk of answering the same answer to 3 different questions this week

Industrial Paints and Plastics (over in Builders Park, east of Chinook Centre) sells starboard.

Having said that, I don't know how the price compares to mail-order places.

I believe that you can also get it at Norwesco in the south.
