Default Sick Clown fish

Hey just a quick question.
I have a small Percula Clown fish in a quarantine tank that has a bump that comes to a black head on one of its pectoral fins. The bump is raised and seems to extend thru to the other side of the fin. There may also be some red spots on this bump as well.

Any ideas???

The fish seems fine otherwise, swimming around normally and very good appetite, but limited use of the affected fin.

Can't take any pic's as the lights just went out. Would salinity play a factor? it may have been a little high (1.028) as i ran out of RO water to top up

nothing still? i guess i'll just let nature run its course on this one. Keep the tank params stable and hope for the best.
