Default new 25g planted in the works

Samw's 5g planted nano made me break down and start a 20g planted nano myself. It has a whole 9 plants in it of random selection, and I'm fighting with getting my DIY CO2 running until I get a CO2 tank next pay day.

It's made from a 20g-ish bowfront tank (24x12x16), a 30" 65W coralife daylight PC fixture on legs, a AC 30 HOB filter, and a DIY CO2 diffuser made from a gravel vac and a mag mini pump. It's using flourite for a substrate.

If anyone in the calgary area wants to get in on a group order for plants from aquariumplants.com, let me know. I'm planning on making the July 5th cut off (in time for next pay day).

I'll post pics of my own tank when it has more than the 9 scragly plants in there .

Who me?? Planted tanks are fun. Its so much easier to keep than my reef tank. Enjoy setting up your planted tank.
