30 gal oceanic with stand light sump and more

I recently bought this entire setup but have now decided I dont want to do so much maintenance therefore instead of downsizing into this cube I will be downsizing into a 12 or 10 gal nano.

Anyway Im going on vacation on saturday and need as much cash as possible therefore if you pick this up before saturday its yours for 250.

Includes 30 gal oceanic cube tank with matching oceanic stand (black), a 400watt metal hallide (20k) with 2 actinic t5s built into a hood. Acrylic sump/refugium, mj 900 powerheads, mag 7 return pump, scwd, Pail of salt, heater and few more misc items.
