So how about an explanation of you sump(s) and why you decided to go that way. Looks very nice, have not see any bioballs for long time! :shock:

I think I remember something about not using black ABS but we should use white PVC for tanks. I'm not sure why, just I have always stayed away from ABS.

there are two types of black ABS , treated and non treated.. MOST of the black bulkheads tyou see are abs and also the black trim around the tanks SeaStar makes are ABS. So as long as you don't buy treated ABS you are fine.
