The translations are little hard to follow sometimes but for me it's still a very interesting thread.

seems fairly straight forward for the most part, dose either HGH or AA one hour before lights out, then pappone. turn down skimmer and keep elevated Ca, Mg, Strontium and alk....see corals blossom

hopefully. seems to work wonders who for those that have been using the method for years and years. i just started last week but haven't really anything much more to comment on since the dosing starts on a once a week basis but i'll keep letting you know how it works for me.

Yeah there's a ton of info about it out there. I didn't mean the process was hard to follow just some of the babylfish translation makes for less than perfect reading. Good luck and keep us posted.

yah, i'm not that extreme so i just use the salifert amino acids.
