Changing username?

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to change my username to 'ninjafish' so that it is the same one that I use on other sites...
There is a user here by that name but they have not visited the board for a couple years. I sent them a PM asking if they would mind but couldn't send an email to them because I wasn't an admin.
Is there anything else that can be done?
