Default possible to frag a bubble coral?

Is it possible to frag a bubble coral? I've never heard of anyone doing
this, so I'm not to sure. I have a nice octobubble that is much to large for
my tank so I have it in my sump until I find a new home for it. Is it
possible for me to frag a small piece of it so I can keep some of it?

Thanks

Dan

thanks for the info reefraf. I think it's a bit to complicated for me. It's such a nice coral, I would hate to damage it by doing something wrong.

Thanks again for the info

Dan

Dan, I think that's the smart choice. Sell it and buy a new small one. That way you get to enjoy the whole growth process over again.

And welcome to the board!!
